Warranty

Due to the high-performance and racing applications of our products, Wehrs Machine does not offer a traditional warranty against failure under all conditions. However, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our parts.

We guarantee that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If a defect is identified, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and use. Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or racing conditions beyond intended design limits is not covered.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Items: Parts that are defective or damaged in shipping are eligible for return, repair, or replacement. Please report these issues as soon as possible.
• Non-Defective Returns: Unused, uninstalled items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
• Items must be in resellable condition and include original packaging.

Re-stocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Additional Notes

• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
