Our Jason Sivils inspired Ultra Force spring smasher is an all-electric spring and pull bar rater with an automatic move-to-start function on both the manual and automatic machines. The setup page allows you to store your center-to-center measurements for all 4 corners of the car and a pull bar/lift arm measurement. Our machines have the ability to smash a spring assembly/bump stop setup up to 3500-lbs, or pull a pull bar up to 3200-lbs. Our automatic machines allow you to run a test to a specified distance or load, and collect the data to be stored/analyzed or viewed on a graph where you can overlay 3 files at once.
Options:
Screen Location – The top screen machine is less vulnerable to falling objects and includes an added shelf.
Side Unloader Attachment – Allows you to load springs that are too tall to fit inside the main frame.
Spring Removal Arm – Makes easy work out of unloading spring packages, by using our special spring removal cups.
