Inspired by Jason Sivils, the Ultra Force spring smasher is an all-electric spring and pull bar rater. With an automatic move-to-start function on both the manual and automatic machines, this is the most efficient machine on the market. The setup page allows you to store your center-to-center measurements for all 4 corners of the car and a pull bar/lift arm measurement. Our machines have the ability to smash a spring assembly/bump stop setup up to 3500-lbs, or pull a pull bar up to 3200-lbs using electric motor motion. Each machine features a quick adjust wrap around spring removal arm that makes easy work out of unloading spring packages, by using our special spring removal cups.
Our automatic machines allow you to run a test to a specified distance or load & collect the data to be stored and analyzed. Your data can be viewed on a graph where you can overlay 3 files at once.
